The Electric Flyers Only, Inc.
| The Electric Flyers Only of southeastern Michigan (EFO) was AMA chartered (#2354) in February of 1988. We are in our 27th year. It is our purpose and goal to educate people about using electrically powered R/C aircraft and to enjoy the friendship of building and flying electrically powered models. Our flying meetings are held at the Midwest RC Society flying field on 7 Mile Rd. in Salem Township, MI. Our winter meetings are usually held at Ken Myers' house in Commerce Township, MI.
Specific meeting times and places are noted on the EFO homepage and in the Ampeer electric flight newsletter. We also have a close relationship with the Midwest RC Society. Many of the EFO members are also members of these other clubs as well. |
